Payments & Safety

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Capri Home accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Klarna.

Full payment is taken immediately for orders placed online.

Order Details / Bespoke Furniture

If you need to make some tweaks to our existing range we can certainly accommodate this for you. In the past we have changed the length, depths, changed leg colours, added contrasting piping to name a few - if you’d like to enquire just get in touch and we can go from there.

Once your order is submitted our website will display a confirmation message to acknowledge your order.  You should also receive an automated email confirmation which includes details of all the items you have ordered.

All our products are made to order as per customer specifications. Once you have decided on what you want, the final price will show up before you can add it to your basket.

Yes - as long as the fabric you have is fire retardant and suitable for upholstered furniture. Just let us know which product you’re interested in and we can let you know how many metres you’d need. We also have a plethora of different textures and colours if our standard samples aren’t quite what you’re looking for - if you’d like to receive alternative samples just drop an email to info@caprihome.co.uk. Please note, this would be classed as a bespoke order and not covered under our usual returns policy.

We ship our products all over UK & Northern Ireland.

We also provide a doorstep delivery to Republic of Ireland.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for NI and Republic of Ireland orders and additional shipping rates would apply.

We are able to keep hold of your bed for a 6 month period only. What you need to do is in the note section upon checkout leave your delivery instructions and we can get this all arranged for you. Please note we do need at least 6-8 weeks notice prior to your preferred delivery date. We can’t guarantee we will be able to deliver on the specified date however we will do our best to accommodate you!

Use the contact form on this page and select change delivery address from the department drop down. You will need to provide proof of your billing address. 

Yes, you can choose that option while customising your bed and add that to your order.
